Where can I find Unvault's Terms of Service and policies?

All governing documents are published on the Policies page: the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Fee Schedule, the Copyright Policy, the Trademark Policy, the Law Enforcement Guidelines, and the Disputed Items Policy. The API terms are in the developer docs. Each document shows its effective date and version at the top, and material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance in the app.
