How do I submit a copyright counter-notice?

If material you posted was removed under the Copyright Policy and you believe it was a mistake or that you are authorised to use it, email copyright@unvault.com with:

1. identification of the material and the Unvault URL where it appeared;
2. your name, postal address, telephone number, and email;
3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
4. consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, the District of Nevada), and that you will accept service from the person who filed the notice; and
5. your signature.

We forward the counter-notice to the complainant. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days. Knowingly false counter-notices carry legal liability. Details: Copyright Policy, Section 5.
