Two entities. Unvault (BVI) Ltd operates the website, app, and APIs. The on-chain protocol contracts — marketplace settlement, liquidity pools, DIVIT pools, drop minting, and the vault and escrow contracts on every supported chain — are owned by UV Tech Foundation, a Panama private interest foundation. The Terms of Service explain what this means for you.
