Before you write
- Blockchain transactions are final. We cannot reverse a purchase, sale, transfer, or mint, and we cannot recover assets.
- We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Check official channels if you are unsure a message is from us.
- We aim to reply to complete requests within two business days.
