How do I file a copyright complaint?

Email copyright@unvault.com (or write to Copyright Agent, Unvault (BVI) Ltd, c/o Leeward (BVI) Limited, Suite 5, Oleander Building, Port Purcell, Tortola, VG1110, British Virgin Islands) with:

1. the work you own, with a link to or copy of the original;
2. the Unvault URL of each infringing item or collection, with network, contract address, and token IDs;
3. your name, postal address, telephone number, and email, and your authority if you act for the owner;
4. a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law;
5. a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act; and
6. your signature.
