What fees do I pay when I sell?

From a sale price the settlement contract deducts, in order:

• Creator earnings — the percentage the collection has published (on-chain royalty registry, ERC-2981, or set in the Services), paid to the creator or to the collection's DIVIT pool. Unvault pays creator earnings on every sale, for every collection, whether or not the collection enforces them on-chain.
• Marketplace fee — 0.5% of the sale price, paid to the protocol fee recipient.

The remainder is your net proceeds, shown before you sign. Gas is paid by whoever sends the transaction: the buyer on a fixed-price purchase, you when you accept an offer, create an auction, cancel, or approve. Selling to a pool is different: the quote includes the 10% swap fee and any fee the pool owner has set. The full list is the Fee Schedule.
