Hosting your metadata and media

Your collection's metadata and images are served from the base URI you set at deploy time. Unvault caches and displays them but does not host them, so keep them online:

• Metadata — one JSON file per token ID at baseURI/tokenId, following the ERC-721 metadata schema (name, description, image, attributes).
• Images — publicly accessible URLs, ideally on IPFS or Arweave so the content cannot change or disappear. Large media should use animation_url with an image fallback.
• Collection image — a self-hosted, publicly accessible URL; 1000 × 1000 pixels recommended.

If your host goes down, items display without images and the collection loses buyers' trust. If you change your base URI after mint, tell your holders.
