Creator rules: what you may and may not launch

Launchpad access is by application and at Unvault's sole discretion, and it can be withdrawn. Launching a collection is a public promise to buyers. The Terms of Service (Sections 9 and 17) require that you:

• own or hold a licence for every image, name, and piece of metadata you deploy — no copies of other collections' art or names;
• describe utility, roadmap, and benefits accurately, and deliver what you advertise;
• comply with the laws that apply to your offering, including consumer, advertising, and securities laws;
• keep out prohibited content: sexually explicit material, content sexualising minors, hate, fraud, malware, doxxing, and anything that violates sanctions.

Unvault does not pre-review drops. Collections that break these rules are removed from the site, labelled, or restricted, and the responsible wallet can lose access to drops, pools, badges, and rewards. Because the contract you deployed lives on-chain, removal from Unvault does not delete it.
