What should I do if my wallet is compromised?

Work in this order — the on-chain steps come first because they are the only ones that can save what is left:

1. Move remaining assets to a brand-new wallet created on a clean device. Start with the most valuable items.
2. Revoke all approvals from the compromised wallet (how).
3. Stop using the compromised wallet. Do not import its seed phrase anywhere again.
4. Report the taken items on Unvault so they can be labelled and blocked from trading here: use Report → Taken from my wallet on each item or follow How do I report a stolen item?.
5. File a police report and send it to us within 10 days so the label stays in place.
6. Find the cause — a malicious signature, a fake site, a leaked seed phrase, a compromised device — so it does not happen again.

Unvault cannot reverse transactions or recover items; labelling stops them being sold on Unvault and warns other venues' users who check.
