Report an item taken from your wallet

Use this if items were moved out of your wallet without your authorisation. We can label the items and stop them being traded on Unvault; we cannot recover them or reverse a transaction.

What to include

1. The network, contract address, and token ID of each item, and the transaction hash of the unauthorised transfer.
2. A signed message from the affected wallet (we will send you the text to sign), or evidence linking you to it if the key is unusable.
3. How the compromise happened, and confirmation that you did not sign or authorise the transfer.
4. Your undertaking to file a police report, which must reach us within 10 days for the label to stay in place.
5. Your contact details.
