Email support@unvault.com with "Developer" in the subject. Include your API key ID (never the key itself), the endpoint or contract involved, the chain, request or transaction hashes, timestamps, and what you expected to happen. Security issues go to security@unvault.com instead. We aim to reply within two business days.
