Can I get a refund?

Blockchain transactions cannot be undone, and Unvault is not a party to any trade: purchases, sales, mints, and pool trades settle directly between wallets through the protocol contracts. There is no refund, chargeback, or buyer-protection programme.

Two situations look like refunds but are not:

• A failed transaction never completed, so only gas was spent.
• A cross-chain payment that cannot complete can be recovered with Get my funds back; this returns your own funds from the payment provider path, less network costs.

If you believe you were defrauded by a seller or creator, report it under the Disputed Items Policy and to the police. Unvault can label items and restrict wallets on the site; it cannot recover assets.
